This Indian inspired curry soup calls for a can of coconut milk (which can be supplied if desired), but it also contains a really interesting blend of coriander, cumin, fennel, bay leaves, fenugreek, cloves, saffron, star anise, mace, and many other spices which add a rich and exotic flavor.
